Welcome to Wildflower Mind & Body, founded by Michele, with the aim of sharing the physical and mental benefits of Yoga. After experiencing relaxation and carrying it throughout the day following a yoga class, I was inspired to create this space. While I have always had a passion for dance, Yoga provided me with a means to strengthen my body and facilitate recovery, but its true impact came in improving my mental health.
I completed my 200-Hour YTT in March 2022 and completed the 500-Hour Advanced Yoga Therapeutic Program through Yoga Legacy in NC in August 2024. I have received training in various types of Yoga including Children's, Senior/Chair, Restorative, Yin, Prenatal, Hot, and Water Yoga. Continuously expanding my knowledge and sharing what I learn with others is something I truly enjoy.
